Today was a little better than Sunday. It was foggy in the morning. At maximum, you could see ½ mile most of the morning. The problem with that is although the geese can’t see as well it is also harder for them to find your decoys on our migrator spreads. They usually migrate above the fog. During this fog, most of the hunters saw very little. Once the fog burned off they saw a good number of flocks and started picking up birds. There are some good birds to the south of us from hunting reports. As they work their way north we should see our hunting pick up. From the sound of if there is a bunch of juvy’s in the mix on those flocks.
