Today was a fair day, birds rolled out of the south but few were too willing to stop. The high field shot 26 with a band. The low field shot 4. Unfortunately, most of the hunters were one-day hunters so they don’t have another day to make up if they were one of the lower fields. The band was typical of the bands we get anymore. They are either a juvy, an 8 plus-year-old bird, or if it is less than 8 years old it is an adult bird, banded as an adult. This one was at least 14 years old.
