Today started out warm with rain. At times it rained really hard. The temps dropped all day until by sunset it was in the thirty’s. Tomorrow’s high is going to be in the low 30’s. All but one field called it quits by noon. One group of guys went out this afternoon. The high field for the day was 10. The 2019 season is off to a cold slow start. Weather is really has been a factor this year. I don’t know how far north the birds can be but we are definitely hunting some leading edge birds right now. I would expect to see some birds from the north tomorrow heading south riding the cold temps and winds.
