Feb 3 & 4 – We Are Accepting 1 or 2 Day Hunters On Remaining Dates In Arkansas

Friday was the last day for our first group of hunters. Cold and birdless skies in the morning until mid-afternoon. Starting about 3 pm, flocks started coming out of the south. The one group that hunted the full day ended the day with 43. Our lowest field shot 2 although we got caught out of our blinds on a 10-pack that was looking really good. All the hunter going back into their blinds changed their mind I guess.

Saturday is the youth duck hunt. We are going to the spreads to set them up for the 50-degree south wind day tomorrow. We have a field open tomorrow Feb 5th for hunters wanting to join us. The forecast doesn’t get much better. With all the birds that went south in this ice storm, there should be a big push back north. We are seeing a lot of juvy’s.

For any of our remaining dates in Arkansas, especially during the week, we will be flexible on when and the number of days you can hunt.
