It was the best day we have had in Iowa today. Some fields did not see as many birds as others, but the hunting has been good overall. Our best field shot 64 snow geese, followed closely by a 57-bird field. Our low field was 9. They didn’t see many; that was just the case today. Yesterday it was the high field that shot 44 birds. The next closest field was 25 birds. 

We are keeping our eye on the snowstorm coming in on Thursday. I would expect to see a big reverse migration if what is forecasted holds true north of us. For us, the snow has been in and out of the forecast. This yesterday it was out. Tonight it is back in the forecast. Mother nature will do what she does, and we will do what we do.
