Today was a solid day for a half day of hunting. It was very warm. Our best group shot 45 snow geese, and the worst shot 7. The last two days were south wind and warm, but there was very little migration going on. Yes, we see a few, but we have not seen the days of steady geese streaming from south headed north. I would think that would happen, but this year has seen weird weather, so who knows? There are also a lot of ducks around. The birds have to move north eventually. We will be waiting for them.
