Today most of the fields landed in the teens or twenties, with the exception of our high and low fields. The high field finished with 30, and the low field scratched out 2. All the fields saw plenty of birds except the 2‑bird field, which had very limited visibility thanks to a pretty foggy start to the morning.
For a half‑day hunt, it was a solid day.
This afternoon was spent pulling fields and swapping out a few bad motors on some rotary machines. The next two days look promising — warm temps and south winds, which is exactly what we like to see this time of year. Hopefully the hunting stays like today… or even better, like last week. 🤞🤞
