The morning started with partly cloudy skies, then it rained ALOT, changing to huge snowflakes at about 2 pm. Not ideal conditions, but we killed a few. High field shot 14 (picture is not of the field of 14). This was from my field. We shot 10. I believe we were the only ones to ride the hole all day through the rain, snow, and cold. Low field shot 2. To quote one of my guides who hasn’t been able to hunt these past two seasons with us, “I sure don’t regret hunting on all those rainy, cold days. I’d do it again if I could.” Here’s to you Jimmy, an honorable man who all of us dearly miss. Not everyone that has worked with me has been so honorable, to that guy…Karma’s a bitch.
