Those hunting this coming weekend (April 1-3) will be north of here likely. We may stay at the lodge or we may be staying at a motel. It’s hard to predict what the birds will do with this long range forecast. The area I want to hunt is holding some birds with thousands upon thousands south of there. Where the birds are staged is extremely wet. Most of the gravel roads are washed out or under water. We are not hunting that area due to the conditions. It appears next weekend will be upper 40’s or low 50’s if the weather holds true. Those snow geese should move up with the warmer temps.
