The weather man has revised the forecast up. Now this weekend is going to be 40 on Sat and 38 on Sunday. For those coming into Mound City it looks like the forecast is going to be warmer…the extended forecast looks good if it holds true.

We have contacted all of the hunter coming in this weekend to snow goose hunt. Some are going to hunt as scheduled and the others are moving their dates. Looks like around noon the rain/freezing rain is going to start. We are hoping it doesn’t coat the snow goose decoys too bad.

You will not get any hunting snow goose hunting reports for this weekend because we can’t hunt snow geese. Arkansas has a youth duck hunt the first weekend in February. Monday we start again chasing the snow geese again.
